Estate Clearance Testimonial
"Elizabeth's services were superb! As Executor, I was charged with clearing out a packed three-bedroom estate apartment. Elizabeth took complete control and responsibility for clearing out the furniture and all personal property. She carried out all aspects of the process, including selling, donating and recycling property, packing family archives and coordinating moves to storage, relocation, and distribution among relatives. She also managed the estate’s outstanding bills, closed accounts and changed addresses. In addition, she prepared excellent records documenting inventory, income, expense and all other details of the project.
Elizabeth has an amazing talent for approaching each task in a very systematic and organized fashion, working efficiently to complete each stage of the process within the deadlines imposed. I had complete trust in Elizabeth’s ability to get the job done. She demonstrated integrity and excellent judgment in approaching all tasks, and was a pleasure to work with.”
